Spring painting and prom

Been working on her lately. She's feeling quite springy I think with her crown of forsythia.
I've been adding some rain drops as well. She's a little rainy too.
My beautiful daughter at her last senior prom. So bittersweet and beautiful.
Highschool, something you'll never forget good or bad. Even though it's only four years of your life. Now on to bigger and better things!

Golden egg

I had a dollar tree egg they wouldn't close right so I decided I needed a golden egg! I started with these paper flowers I made.
I added some vintage paper and gold paint.
Here it is all finished!

I added some leaves and butterflies paper as well and a little bird.
Thanks for looking! I needed some spring with all this snow

New canvas. Daydreamer

It has been forever since I posted here! Life gets busy. I have my grandson most days and it's so hard to work on things.
This is a new canvas I'm working on in oils. It's been quite a few years since I've worked with them and I'm now remembering why I loved them to begin with!
Still have to add her eyebrows. I always save those for last and I don't know why, I just do.
I do love how she's coming along though! Thanks for reading and stopping by!

They are so rich!
Plus a huge double rainbow today!
Just beautiful! Mother Nature is an awesome artist!

Working on this one

Working on her lately with my Prismacolor pencils. I love love these pencils. They are so easy to layer, and this one is having lots and lots of layers.
I'll work on her later this evening, I have my grandson today;)
